Payments
The standard payment is divided equally depending on the price and each payment is 30 days between apart unless notified ahead before payment by personal representative.

Acceptable Use Policy
iShot Designs provided services are only to be used for purpose of purchased and requested. DESIGNS:  Any audio, video, text, pictures and other intellectual property (collectively, “Materials”) contained on our website are protected by copyright and international laws. You may only access and use the Materials for personal or educational purposes unless rightful owner has otherwise enabled them for sale or granted you the rights to do so. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, modify or create derivative works of the Materials, unless authorized by the appropriate copyright owner(s).

You agree that you will not use ishotagency.com services to: engage in any illegal activity; transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or other items of a contaminating or destructive nature; violate or attempt to violate our systems or interfere with the normal use of our services.

Account Cancellation
Any Account cancellation can be done at anytime, it is optional to communicate the reason for cancelling to ishotagency.com. ishotagency.com keeps files documented on your services for membership reactivation up to a month.

Termination Of Services
Termination of the Hosting & Maintenance service will be applied under the conditions of an account cancellation or unpaid Hosting & Maintenance service. Once 3 months of unpaid Hosting & Maintenance service has passed, iShot Designs will notify you with a quote according to the hosted files, for a carry on fee. The carry on fee will allow your hosted files to be hosted for an extended 3 months. If the carry on fee notification goes without attention from the client, the client will be notified 2 more times.  The notification of the carry on fee will then be applied after the previous extended 3 months.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only given if said service’s creative process has not yet begun, or if granted by the client’s assigned personal representative. We will try our best to compensate any unfair conduct. Website Hosting and iSupport are non-refundable due to the nature of the service.

Modification of Terms of Service
If ishotagency.com decides to change the Terms and Conditions, we will post those changes on this page, send an email notifying you of any changes, and/or update the Privacy Policy modification date below.

Turnaround Time
The client agrees to allowing up to 3 weeks max turnaround time for the Logo Design service with no over ruling by personal representative. The client agrees to allowing up to 72 hours of turnaround time for a response for a request, quote, or general inquiry. An iSupport request also at max take up to 72 hours unless notified ahead by personal representative. Client request may extend the turnaround time per request. We strive to deliver all services as soon as possible. If delivery time is passed we will try our best to compensate any unfair conduct.

Project Completion
Once finial graphic files are sent to client via email the Logo Design service is completed. Once website backend or server access is granted to client, Website service is completed. Any other request from client beyond completion is considered an additional service and may be separately quoted for. As long as Hosting & Maintenance is account for, client may receive support by email.
